Imagine the grace
and grandeur of the days of yore. Rolling acres surround the manor house,
while the babbling brook gently flows downstream. Gentility and manners were
the order of the day, along with the social graces. The ladies are gathering
for a summer tea, sharing gossip, hopes and dreams. |

The Victorian Lady Parlor ladies are
gathering for a springtime tea, sharing gossip, hopes and dreams. Try your
hand at tennis, croquet or petanque, then tempt your taste buds with Lemonade
and fried chicken and Southern Nanner puddin. |
|
Lady Gabby, here is plenty of room for your
quilts. We can put the picnic baskets here too. Lady Julie, I hope you brought
the Fried Chicken. I, Lady Shirl brought the Deviled eggs. Lady Heart I hope
you brought the Southern Nanner puddin you promised. Lady B, Lady Vic,
Lady Carol you sit right here and relax. What would you like to do Lady Jill
and Lady Lizzie?

|
You young gals run along and fly your kites.
We will sit here on the quilts awhile and watch. We may take a walk on the
brook. Be sure to wear your bonnets, the sun is bright today. Now stay out
of trouble. Lady Fae will you make sure they don't get over heated? |
|
Lady Gabby says "Come on Nanny, Labby, Rica, Sue, Carol
L and Kitty don't dawdle, this weather could change ANY minute and I
so want to taste some of that delicious fried chicken Julie's bringing!" |
